Happy Birthday Camden

f-O-u-R

Camden turned FOUR today. My baby boy is FOUR! I can't believe it...I know where 3 went...but where did age 2 go? It goes by so quickly.

Camden wanted a pinata for his party, but we already did that for him last year and Tanner this year, so I decided to surprise him by going bowling. He has NEVER been and he talks about it all the time! Everyone knew but him so it was really funny when we told him after cake that we were going bowling. He asked if everyone could come and he was very surprised that EVERYONE was coming bowling with him. And as long as he could take his presents bowling too of course.

We went to the Coconut Bowl and had a blast. We had one of the garages which holds four private lanes, so we got to be by ourselves which made it easier to watch the babies. And it was Glow Bowling!!! Black lights baby!

waiting patiently by his cupcakes hours before the party started.

his "yightning makeen" cake

the usual stand in front of the presents pictures.

and the usual overly excited mom with eyes closed.

The Rand grandkids.
Emily, Camden, Madison, Tanner, Jacob, Nyah and Lily.

The person with the lowest score...but the GREATEST attitude about it!

The youngest bowler of the night

Yep...proud high fives for all.

(Hey Dre- can you send me the pics of Camden...the actual birthday boy...bowling... thanks)

So Camden is four now. This year will bring many new things for him.
Preschool starts this month
Moving next month
Graduating from being a Sunbeam. (which isn't a ceremony...just a big step)
Being another big brother.........NO I'm just kidding. Breathe Mom...I know that freaked you out. And No I'm not pregnant just getting fat. Anyone wanna go to the gym with me since I'm losing my BFF THIS WEEK.
Which brings me to another thing for Camden...losing his BEST friend Jameson this week. JMO is moving to Seattle and Camden has already planned out many flights there. He must think we're rich or something because he talks about going to Seattle a lot.

It's amazing what a year can do. We're looking forward to age four and the many changes and new things that will happen in his life. We've watched his personality really come out of its shell this past year with getting over his shyness. We are very blessed to have a little boy who has a very sweet spirit about him. He is a very good example for his little brother and very mindful of his parents. I only hope he will be this obedient to us now as he will be as a teenager.

We love you Bear!!!

So it sounds like you got into the pre-school then? That is exciting! Bowling is such a fun idea. I love the private lanes- so cool!

Aww, happy birthday Camden!! Are you sure he's starting preschool this month? That just seems nuts!

I think your boys are extremely well-behaved. They are good examples to my kid. You should do a brag post about that in case it changes in 10 years.

Happy Birthday Camden. Now that you are 4 I think you can start to date my daughter (you are really mature for your age).
