This little kid refuses naps! Every day I put him down for a nap at 1. At 3...I open the door to find he never went to sleep and got out every book, blanket, puzzle and played and played. Only to find him asleep later at 5:30. He did this 3 times in a row one week. Here he is eating popcorn....or was eating popcorn, until he fell asleep standing up. This is frustrating because he is not even 2 and a half yet. He still needs to be my nap boy for at least another 8 months. What a stinker.I know what you are thinking now. You think well no nap means he goes to bed earlier, or sleeps in. But no. He still goes to bed at 8 and gets up at 6:30. What happened to sleeping in kid? It's like a switch flipped one day and he realized sleep was overrated or something. The crib is down, the naps are gone....I guess I have no baby in the house anymore! :(

That is so funny! Fisher was the same way. Once he was done napping he stopped going to bed at a reasonable hour and started waking up earlier. He was chronically tired. Wait...I speak as if this is past tense but it is still a problem and he is almost 5.
I'm right there with ya on the naps, but I did get a few more months of naps than you did.

I hate that!! I learned with Charly that cribs are a moms best friend so poor E will be in a crib til kindergarten :)
