San Francisco Part 1

For our anniversary I surprised Greg with Reds tickets. We are both fans...him way longer...me only because Griffey got traded years ago. But they were playing the Giants all weekend in San Fran so we headed over friday morning. We had first base line seats behind the Reds dugout...so it was pretty cool. We took Camden so we could go to the zoo the next day.

View from our seats...

Griffey about to go on deck....I was in awe. Totally fan struck!!!

The eighth inning and Camden was a little ready to go...but we had to get a family shot. I'm sportin the Giants hat since they give them to you when you walk in. Hands down best $4 Giants dog ever! Mmm and the root beer was delicious too. But we noticed something about San Fran. Everywhere we went they just gave you your soda, no lid or straw! But for some reason a $3.75 root beer is just great as well as a $5 popcorn.

During the ninth inning we walked over to that coca-cola bottle(in the background) where they have two slides inside. Greg took pictures...but they were blurry. Don't get me started on Greg that weekend. He was in the dog house ALOT!!! So much for Happy Anniversary. I was a little too crabby at 34 weeks to be walking SO much!!! The crowd totaled in at 34,641 people that night! It was so fun and so crowded with crazy Giants fans.

After we left the game, they have a bunch of cement baseballs blocking the walkway so no one can drive through. Camden felt the need to go give every single ball (8) a big hug.

Stay tuned for Part 2 the San Fran Zoo.

Is that Dad's sweatshirt? And whats with the boys and blurry pictures? I have many occasions with bad pictures. No matter how many times I show him how to take pictures they still come out blurry. You know, with all this tech. stuff you would think they could make it blurr proof.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I love doing that kind of thing. I can't wait to see the zoo pics.

That looks like a fun trip. I'm impressed he lasted until the 9th inning...usually I'm done by then. :)

So Justin and I are going to a Yankees game in August... and I'll be about 35 weeks. So any advice on going to a pro game being just about ready to pop? I like baseball games. I am impressed you survived a whole game with a toddler. Sometimes I can't even sit through a whole game:) And Happy Anniversary!!

My advice to Amy...Just keep snacking (popcorn worked great)so you forget how bad your ribs hurt...and get aisle seats. I went to the bathroom 3 times. But it was really fun!!!
